In order to get good karma you have to do something to give something back, make the world a better place. These objects have had enough of causing harm and want to do just that, to give something back, to brighten up peoples days around them. They are all trying to regain some of there karma.
Most people go to Goodwood events in order to relive the past, to enjoy a environment unspoilt by modern rules and restrictions. I decided instead to photograph Goodwoods 72nd members meeting with completely clear eyes, removing all romantic notions of the past and concentrating on the shapes and aesthetic of the event and the place as it stands in 2014.
A book for those who have a lot of bookshelf but not very much book. The Inflatabook can expand to fit any sized gap meaning your books never have to fall over again.
This photo series show’s my view of what is interesting in the enviroment of Strawberry Hill. The old house may have not been to my taste but the modern materials and colours highlight what until now was a completely unexplored and shut off area of Strawberry Hill.
GRAFT is a project based on our observations of how Feng Shui consultants and Car Valets work. The grafting together of the two professions [Feng Shui Consultant x Car Valet] brought us to do a full scale MOT of our studio space. Ending with solutions to the problems we encountered.
I believe that we as humans try and build the world into a grid pattern; anything that is not straight or nicely curved we see as being an imperfection. Occasionally though things do not fit this perfect grid world; a pipe winds itself around itself uncontrollably, a piece of board sits out in the rain and warps into a strange new shape. These are often the things that I notice and am interested in photographing and recording.
I saw a link between what road sweepers sweep up (grit and sand/dust off the roads) and the elements that make up concrete. I produced a machine that could sweep the roads and combine the resulting sweepings with cement, thus producing concrete. I then used this concrete and combined it with other found materials to produce stools.
Velo as a project is an indulgence into my love of cycling and cycling culture. The photo series tries to cover and record all aspects of cycling culture in london.
Re-design of the exhibition catalouge of Dahn Vo's "We The People (detail)" an exhibition at the PEER gallery London.
All of these places here pointless, they serve no purpose in the reality the exist in. Gran Theft Auto has one of the most highly detailed maps ever created for a video game. It is so large that you can go through the whole game without having see half of it. These panorama’s are taken with the games built in camera. Each photo is taken at a location that is blurred out on the map, meaning that the place has never been visited during the entire duration of game-play and is entirely unnecessary.
